Mrs. Vertis Michelle McKoy, 66, of 856 White Plains Rd., Clarkton, NC transitioned on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Whiteville, NC.

Survivors- one daughter, Sharonda Stephens of Elizabethtown, NC, one son, Teffrey McKoy of Elizabethtown, NC and a host of grandchildren.

Viewing- Monday, February 17, 2025 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

Funeral- Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 2:00pm at New Beginnings Holiness Church, 1369 Vause Rd., Clarkton, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Leona Cromartie.

Burial- New Beginnings Church Cemetery, Clarkton, NC.
