Ms. Gracie Lynette Wright McKinley, 83 died Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Elizabethtown Nursing Center, Elizabethtown, NC. 

Survivors - two sons, Walter Wright and Tony Wright both of New York, four sisters, Hazel Hightower of Greensboro, NC, Edith Wright of Lowell, Ma, Beulah Smith(Ernest) of Radcliffe, Ky, and Willie Mae Hodges of NC, one brother, David Wright of NC, one grandson, Tony Kilpatrick(Hester) of Elizabethtown, NC, a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 

Funeral- Thursday , April 6, 2023 at 11:00am at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Haywood Oliver, Pastor of Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, Elizabethtown, NC. Rev. Dr. Michael McKinley presiding, Pastor of Royal Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Ivanhoe, NC.
 

Burial- Mt. Olive Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC. 
 

Viewing- Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home of Rev. Dr. Michael and Mrs. Persanda McKinley, 4022 Peanut Rd., Elizabethtown, NC.
