Mrs. Shelby Claudette Lucas McKoy

Mrs. Shelby Claudette Lucas McKoy, 74,  of 610 Poplar St., Elizabethtown, NC died Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at her residence. 
 

Survivors- her husband, James McKoy of the home, two sons, Dezmond Harper(Jane Mi) of Fayetteville, NC and Khary McKoy of Dallas, Texas, one daughter, LaShan Hooker(Kevin) of Burlington, NC, one sister, Althea McAllister of Elizabethtown, NC, three brothers, John Lucas and Sherwood Lucas(Rosalind) both of Elizabethtown, NC and Donavan Lucas(Sheila) of Columbus, Ohio, grandchildren, Kyla, Nyhjah, Dezmond Jr., Myles, Melina, Kendall, Kennedi, Jayla, Olivia, Naomi, Devan, Khaliya, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral- Monday, June 3, 2024 at 11:00am at Mt. Zion Ame Zion Church, 807 MLK Dr., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Maria Lacewell. 
 

Burial- Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC. 
 

Viewing- Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
