Mrs. Nettie Ray Cromartie, 74, of 819 Twisted Hickory Rd., Dublin, NC died Monday, April 22, 2024 in Smyma, Delaware.

Survivors- one son, Mario Cromartie(Jaime), her siblings, Lourina Reaves of Dublin, NC, Louise Miller of Brooklyn, New York and Jeanette Lucas(Ronald) of Tar Heel, NC, James Shipman of Brooklyn, New York that was raised as a brother, a special nephew, Russell Cromartie(Debra), 2 grandchildren, Carter and Cameron Cromartie, two God daughters, Nishayla Pipkin and Kayla Bostic Harvey, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral- Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 1:00pm at Bakers Creek AME Zion Church, 49 Bakers Creek Road, Elizabethtown, NC. Rev. Beverly McMillian, Pastor. Eulogy by Rev. James Jones, Pastor of Christian Plain AME Zion Church, Whiteville, NC.

Burial- Shipman Cemetery, Dublin, NC.

Viewing- Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Bakers Creek AME Zion Church, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
