Mrs. Loveanna Kemp Shipman , 86, of 285 Sandpit Rd., Elizabethtown, NC died in Monday, July 5, 2021 at her residence.

Survivors- one daughter, Sophia Hicks of White Oak, NC, seven sons, Nathaniel Smith of Clarkton, NC, James Smith, Elbert Smith, Larry Smith, Randolph Smith, Morris Smith and Milton Willis all of Elizabethtown, NC, two sisters, Nancy Wooten of Clarkton, NC and Lillian McLeod of Elizabethtown, NC, 26 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 1:00pm at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Haywood Oliver, Pastor of Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
