Mrs. Lenora Hayes

Mrs. Lenora Hayes, 81, of 109 Jones Lane died Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. 
 

Survivors- four daughters, Brenda Hayes, Elena Gardner and Mavis Gardner all of Newburgh, New York and Tinia Allen of Council, NC, three brothers, Leon Hayes of Council, NC, Lewis Hayes and James Hayes both of Newburgh, NY, one sister, Arlene Hayes of Council, NC and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
 

Funeral- Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 12:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Alice Moore. 
 

Burial- Carvers Creek Cemetery, Council, NC. 
 

Viewing- Friday, August 13, 2021 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home. 
 

All attendees are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
