Mrs. Judy Ann (Harvey) Hatcher, 68, 1721 S. Elwell Ferry Rd., Council, NC died Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC.

Survivors- her husband, Donnell Hatcher of Council, NC, one daughter, Hannah Hatcher of Council, NC, two sisters, Gertrude Spann of South Carolina and Teshie Hicks of Ohio, one brother, Rev. Luby Harvey(Denise) of Council, NC, 4 grandchildren.

Funeral- Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 1:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Luby Harvey.

Burial- New Hope Cemetery, Council, NC.

Viewing- Friday, September 1, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
