Mrs. Inez Cromartie Whitted, 95, of 65 Sand Pit Rd., Elizabethtown, NC died Sunday, March 17, 2024 at her residence.

Survivors- her twin sister, Catherine Ford of New York, NY, four sons, Franklin Cromartie(Brenda) and Reverend Charles Whitted(Donnie Sue) both of Elizabethtown, NC, James Whitted(Ursula) of Fayetteville, NC and Alphonso Whitted of Hope Mills, NC, three daughters, Irma Cromartie McKoy and Teresa Whitted Carter(William) both of Elizabethtown, NC, and Christine McDonald(Dennis) of Fayetteville, NC, 19 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral- Friday, March 22, 2024 at 1:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Xavier Daniels.

Burial- Turnbull Community Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.

Visitation- Thursday, March 21, 2004 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will be present from 5:00pm-6:00pm at the funeral home.

The family will receive friends daily from 1:00pm-6:00pm at the home.
