Mrs. Gladys Mae Weathers

Mrs. Gladys Mae Weathers, 88 of 2030 Beasley Rd., Leland, NC formerly of Council, NC died Friday, February 4, 2022 at her residence. 
 

Survivors- two daughters- Barbara Johnson of Leland, NC and Linda Jones of Wilmington, NC, one son- George Jones of Council, NC, one brother, Lenno McLean of Council, NC, two sisters, Mary Mays of West Haven, Ct and Corinne Andrews of Council, NC, 2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. 
 

Funeral- Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Terrell Spivey. 
 

Burial- Carver’s Creek Church Cemetery, Council, NC.
