Mrs. Doris Jean Eaton, 88 died Friday, October 11, 2024 at Elizabethtown Nursing Center.

Survivors- one sister, Edna McDowell of Elizabethtown, NC, one brother, Clarence Lesane of Newark, New Jersey.

Funeral- Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 11:00am at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church, 807 MLK Dr., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Maria Lacewell.

Burial- Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 10:00am-11:00am at the church. There will be no viewing after the service. The family will receive friends at the home of Edna McDowell, 605 David St., Elizabethtown, NC.
