Mrs. Cheryl Renee Blanks Cheek, 62, 3259 Airport Rd., Clarkton, NC died November 3, 2023 at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Hospice Center in Whiteville, NC.

Survivors- her husband, Richard Cheek of the home, one daughter, Chimere Blanks of Clarkton, NC, her step-father, George Williams(Liz) of Clarkton, NC, three sisters, Patricia Peterson of Council, NC, Ruth Williams and Kimberly Williams both of Clarkton, NC, one brother, Antonio Williams of Florida, three bonus children, Latosha Campbell (Willie) and D’Antonio Fuller(Hillary) both of Asheboro, NC, and Lakisha Greene of Little Rock, Arkansas, A special sister, Phyllis McDonald of Charlotte, NC, 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral- Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 2:00pm at Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist Church, 4047 NC 242 S. Elizabethtown, NC, Rev. Dr. Louie Boykins, Pastor. Eulogy by Rev. Cedric Bryant.

Burial- New Hope Church Cemetery, Sarah Peterson Rd., Council, NC.

Viewing- Friday, November 10, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
