Mrs. Betty Louise McLean, 78, of 257 Drye Rd., Council, NC died Saturday, March 16, 2024 at her residence. 
 

Survivors- one son, Jonathan McLean(Kytauna) of Council, NC, one grandson, Justin McLean of Council, NC, one sister, Helen Bowens. 
 

Funeral- Monday, March 25, 2024 at 1:00pm at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 851 Braddy Plantation Rd., Council, NC. Rev. Carl Smith, Pastor. Eulogy by Rev. Carl Carter. 
 

Burial- Carver’s Creek Church Cemetery, Council, NC. 
 

Viewing- Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
