Mrs. Althea Lauristine (Lucas)McAllister, 77, of 2104 Martin Luther King Dr., Elizabethtown, NC transitioned Sunday, May 4, 2025 at her residence.

Survivors- three sons, Brian McAllister( Mickey) of Greensboro, NC, Derrick McAllister of Raleigh, NC and Edric McAllister of Elizabethtown, NC, three brothers, John Lucas and Sherwood Lucas both of Elizabethtown, NC and Obie Lucas of Ohio, 3 grandchildren.

Viewing- Friday, May 9, 2025 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the church.

Visitation- The family will receive friends at the home.

Funeral- Friday, May 9, 2025 at 1:00pm at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church, 807 MLK Dr., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Maria Lacewell.

Burial- Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.
