Mr. William Thomas McDowell, Jr., 82, of 200 McDowell St., Elizabethtown, NC died Thursday, May 13, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. 
 

Survivors- two sons, Bryant McDowell of Springfield, Va, and Steven McDowell of Alexandria, Va, one daughter, Elizabeth McDowell of Hampton, Va, one brother, Lorenzo McDowell of Elizabethtown, NC, A special friend, Vernell Davis of Elizabethtown, NC, 5 grandchildren.

Funeral- Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00pm with no more than (60) people present at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Corey Lyons, Pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabethtown, NC.

Burial- Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Friday, May 28, 2021 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
