Mr. Walter Council "TRACY" Obituary

Mr. Walter T. Council, 64, of 238 Fletcher Johnson Rd., White Oak, NC died Thursday, July 2, 2020 at his residence.

Survivors- his wife, Joeann Council of the home, three sons, Walter McKoy of White Oak, NC, Marcus McKoy of Greensboro, NC and Tony McKoy of Shannon, NC, two daughters, Jovanna McMillian of Elizabethtown, NC and Michelle Owens of White Oak, NC, two sisters, Cynthia McKoy of White Oak, NC and Ella King of Hope Mills, NC, two brothers, Michael Council of Fayetteville, NC and Eddie Council of Hope Mills, NC and 10 grandchildren.

Graveside Service- Sunday, July 12, 2020 11am at Saint Rest Cemetery, 1832 Tar Heel Ferry Rd. White Oak, NC, eulogy by Rev. Cassandra Fisher.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 12:00pm-3:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. There will be no viewing on Sunday.

All attendees are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
