Mr. Vernon Wendell “Bunny” Lewis, 61, of 100 Pompie Rd., Dublin, NC died Monday, July 18 2022 at his residence.

Survivors- his wife, Tamara Lewis of Elizabethtown, NC, his children, Nafeteria Mathis, Antawn Mathis and Cortez Mathis all of Elizabethtown, NC, two brothers, Charles T. Lewis of Dublin, NC and Clarence Lewis of Charlotte, NC, one nephew, Antonia Lewis of Dublin, NC, 1 grandchild.

Funeral- Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 4:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Evangelist Bernadette Cromartie.

There will not be a viewing. The family will receive friends at the home of Brother Leo and Minister Bernadette Cromartie, 78 Pompie Rd., Elizabethtown, NC.
