Mr. Thomas Lewis, 57, of 630 Fodale Ave. Southport, NC formerly of Clarkton, NC died Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, NC.

Survivors- one son, Alexi Brown of Charlotte, NC, four sisters, Gwenda Lesane and Jackie Singletary both of Elizabethtown, NC, Mary Lewis of Clarkton, NC and Sandra Munn of Raleigh, NC, two brothers, Ronnie Lewis of Hilton Head, NC and Darnell Lewis of Elizabethtown, NC.

Funeral- Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11:00am at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown. NC. Eulogy by Rev. Roscoe Smith, Pastor of New Testament in Clarkton, NC.

Burial- Baldwin Branch Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home of Ms. Mary Lewis, 2693 Rosindale Rd., Clarkton, NC.

All attendees are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
