Mr. Thomas Beatty, Sr., 80, of 2439 Figure Nine Rd., Council, NC died Monday, February 7, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley/Bladen Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NC.

Survivors- his wife, Lillie B. Beatty of the home, two sons, Thomas Beatty, Jr. and Bruce Beatty(Vonetta) both of Council, NC, two daughters, Pamela Beatty and Sandra Autry(Felix) both of Fayetteville, NC, two brothers, Gary L. Beatty of Providence, RI, and Rufus Beatty of Elizabethtown, NC, four sisters, Nancy Troy(Dennis) and Christine Dozier both of Elizabethtown, NC, Irma Gorman of Providence, RI and Fannie Jones(Sylvester) of Arizona, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 at 3:30pm at Carver’s Creek Church Cemetery, 210 Carver’s Creek Church Rd., Council, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Dr. Valentine Paige.

There will be a viewing after the service on Friday. The family will receive friends at the home.
