Mr. Roy Wayne Montgomery, 80. 352 McKoy Rd., Clarkton, NC died Sunday, February 25, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. 
 

Survivors - one daughter, Janice Montgomery of Clarkton, NC, three sons, Wayne Montgomery and Roy Montgomery both of Clarkton, NC and Robert Montgomery of Bladenboro, NC, one sister, Patricia M. Graham(Edward) of Council, NC, two brothers, Howard Montgomery of New Jersey and Lue Atkinson(Cynthia) of Clarkton, NC, a host of grandchildren and great grand-children. 
 

Funeral- Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 1:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Leona Cromartie, Pastor of New Beginnings Holiness Church in Clarkton, NC. 
 

Burial- Carver’s Creek Church Cemetery, Council, NC. 
 

Viewing- Friday, March 8, 2024 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home of Janice Montgomery, 72 MGM Dr., Clarkton, NC.
