Mr. Randolph "Randy" V. Dixon

Mr. Randolph "Randy" V. Dixon, 76, of Oxford, Connecticut formerly of Council, NC died Friday, February 2, 2024. 

Randy was born in Council, NC on January 19, 1948 to Paul and Rebecca(Wright) Dixon. Randy is preceded in death by his father, Paul Dixon and his younger brother Carl Dixon(Evelyn). 
 

Survivors- his wife, Barbara Ann (Toth) Dixon of Oxford, Connecticut, his mother, Rebecca Dixon of Council, NC, three children, Rebecca DePalma(Eric) of Florida. Jennifer Mezick(Matthew) of Oxford, Connecticut and Michael Dixon(fiancé Jessica Harrington) of Hamden,  6 grandchildren, Melanie, Isla, Luca, Remi, Noah and Evangeline.
 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 2:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St. Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Elder Charles Simpson, Pastor of St. James Holiness Church, Council, NC. 
 

The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Rebecca Dixon, 612 Braddy Plantation Rd., Council, NC.
