Mr. Pernell “Skip” Riggins, 57, of 208 Mercer Mill Rd., Elizabethtown, NC died Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley/Bladen Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NC. 
 

Survivors- four sisters, Doris Corbett, Wendy McKiver, Tracy Riggins and Denise Murphy all of Elizabethtown, NC, four brothers, Curtis Riggins, Steve Riggins, Mike Riggins and Jermaine Riggins all of Elizabethtown, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 
 

Funeral- Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11:00am at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St. Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Apostle Joyce Lawrence, Pastor of Full Gospel Christian Church of Deliverance, Elizabethtown, NC. 

Burial- Full Gospel Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC. 
 

Viewing- Friday, August 13, 2021 from 9:30am-10:30am at the funeral home.
