Mr. Melvin Murphy Obituary

Mr. Melvin Murphy, 81, 178 Windsor Rd., Lumberton, NC died Saturday, August 24, 2024 at UNC Southern Health in Lumberton, NC.

Survivors- his wife, Diane Murphy of the home, three sons, Richard Murphy, Melvin Murphy, Jr.. and Wade Jackson(Stephanie), five daughters, Adriene Murphy, Melanie Murphy, Arley Murphy, Cynthia Ellis(Chris) and Christal Kemp, one brother, Arthur Murphy, two sisters, Elizabeth Shealy and Mildred Murphy, 17 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Funeral- Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 1:00pm at Faith Tabernacle Christian Center, 3744 NC Hwy 20 East, St. Paul’s, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Earl Goings.

Burial- Sandhill Cemetery, Fort Bragg, NC.

Viewing- Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the church.
