Mr. Luther  Evans High, 80, of Elizabethtown, NC died on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. 
 

Survivors- one daughter, Rosemary Kennedy of SC, one sister, Janie Tillman of Jersey City, NJ, two brothers, Jesse High of Lumberton, NC and Edward High of East Orange, NJ, 2 grandsons, Maurice Kennedy(Gabrielle) and Tyrek Whitener, many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral- Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 12:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Elder Harold Williamson, Officiant. Eulogy by Pastor Robert Green, Jr., Pastor of Mt. Olive Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Laurinburg, NC. 

Viewing- Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 11:00am-12:00pm and After the service at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
