Mr. Junior Lorenzo Godfrey “Booga Man”, 77, 10759 S. College St., Apt. 1D, Clarkton, NC died Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley/Bladen Healthcare in Elizabethtown, NC. 
 

Survivors- his wife, Pauline Carmichael Godfrey of Tabor City, NC, three daughters, Darlene Bouie of Clarkton, NC, Janice Frazier of Florida and Nicole Godfrey of Tabor City, NC, one son, Paul Jeter of New Jersey, three sisters, Jean Godfrey, Marie Ligon(Frank) and Sarah Anthony(Herman), two brothers, Curtis Godfrey and Rev. Henry Earl Godfrey, 14 grandchildren. 
 

Funeral- Monday, July 17, 2023 at 11:00am at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Henry Earl Godfrey. 
 

Burial- Sandhill Cemetery, 398 Sandhill Rd., Bladenboro, NC. 
 

Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
