Mr. Joseph Wendell Andrews, 80 died August 22, 2024 at Levine Children Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

He was the son of William and Clara Mae (Allen) Andrews. He was born in Council, NC.

Survivors- one son, Marlon Andrews of Washington, DC, four siblings, Franklin Andrews(Lee) of Council, NC, Christine Smith of Wilmington, NC, Willie Mae Anglin of Council, NC and Gary Andrews(Rachel) of Charlotte, NC.

Funeral- Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 1:00pm at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Larry Neil.

Burial- Hillcrest Park, Springfield, Massachusetts.

Viewing- Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
