Mr. Joe Lewis, 82, of 723 Center Rd., Dublin, NC transitioned on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at Bladen East Medical & Rehab Center in Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 2:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

Visitation- The family will receive friends at the home.

Survivors- one daughter, Regina Whitted(John) of Parkton, NC, two sons, Joe Christopher Lewis(Michelle) of Stateville, NC and Gregory Lewis(Karen) of Durham, NC, one sister, Ida Lewis of Bladenboro, NC, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral- Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 12:00pm at Baldwin Brach Missionary Baptist Church, 4047 Hwy 242S, Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Dr. Louis Boykins, Pastor.

Burial- Baldwin Branch Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.
