Mr. James Rhodie, Jr., 87, of 3253 Peanut Plant Rd., Elizabethtown, NC died Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Survivors- two daughters, Wanda Rhodie and Sharyl Rhodie both of Elizabethtown, NC, three sons, Ralph Hines, Kenneth Rhodie and Daryl Rhodie all of Elizabethtown, NC, one brother, Walter Rhodie of Elizabethtown, NC, a special granddaughter, Melissa Frederick of Fayetteville, NC and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral- Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 2:00pm at Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist Church 4047 NC Hwy 242S, Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Dr. Louie Boykins.

Burial- Baldwin Branch Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
