Mr. James Harvey Brown, 78, 1935 McGraw Ave., Apt1E, Bronx, NY formerly of Council, NC died Wednesday, October 5, 2022. 
 

Survivors- two daughters, Madonna Wiley-Brown and Erica Wiley both of Monroe, MI, two sisters, Francie Smith of Elizabethtown, NC and Sarah Arnold of Decatur, Ga, one brother, Frank Brown(Mae) of Council, NC and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 

Funeral- Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 2:30pm at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, White Plain Rd., Council, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Rachael Mitchell. 
 

Burial-  New Hope Church Cemetery, Council, NC.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 1:30pm-2:30pm at the church. The family will receive friends at 1014 Shepherd Rd., Council, NC.
