Mr. James B. Smith, 71, of 420 McKay St., Apt. B. Elizabethtown, NC died Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. 
 

Survivors- one daughter, Calandora Drake of White Oak, NC, one son, James B. Smith, Jr. Of Hope Mills, NC, three brothers, Charles Smith of Elizabethtown, NC, Gary Smith of Fayetteville, NC and Willie Smith of Maryland, two sisters, Della Mae McKoy and Annie Smith both of Clarkton, NC, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. 
 

Funeral Service for immediate family and invited guests will be Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:00am with no more than (50) people at Willie E. Johnson Memorial Chapel on the facility of Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Glenda McMillian.

Burial- Cromartie Hill Church Cemetery, Clarkton, NC.

Viewing- Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

All attendees are required to wear face masks and practice social distancing.
