Mr. Henry Bernard Spivey, 67, 16480 Twisted Hickory Rd., Bladenboro, NC died Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at UNC Health Southeastern Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.

Survivors- three sons, Henry B. Spivey, Jr., Jermaine Spivey and Nathaniel Spivey(Teresa) all of Lumberton, NC, one daughter, Dawanna McKoy of Fayetteville, NC, one sister, Bessie S. Pone of Bladenboro, NC, one brother, Bobby Spivey of New Jersey, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral- Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 1:00pm at Sandhill Missionary Baptist Church, 15580 Twisted Hickory Road, Bladenboro, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Donald Thompson.

Burial- Carvers Creek Church Cemetery, Council, NC.

Viewing- Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC and a viewing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the church. There will be no viewing after the service.
