Mr. Dexter Jerome Whitted, 64, of 1317 Bill Dr., Fayetteville, NC died Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. 
 

Survivors- four children,Darrel Donta Malloy of Parkton, NC, Monique Monroe of St. Paul’s, NC, Dana Whitted and Tray Whitted both of Fayetteville, NC, one sister, Geraldine Simpson(Jerry) of Fayetteville, NC, one brother, Rudolph Whitted of Manchester, New Hampshire, two aunts, Louise Freeman and Glenda Burden, two uncles, Willie Whitted and Jerry Whitted all of Hope Mills, NC, two nieces, Latisha and Myowsha, two nephews, Travis and Shawke all of Fayetteville, NC, 10 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. 
 

Funeral- Friday, May 3, 2024 at 3:00pm at Swan’s Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 2404 Swans Creek Church Rd., Hope Mills, NC. Eulogy by Rev. Charlie Lane. 
 

Burial- Swan’s Creek Church Cemetery, Hope Mills, NC.
