Mr. Derrick Tyrone Grange, 66, of 20 Flake Rd., Council, NC died Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC.

Survivors- his wife, Bernestine Grange of the home, one daughter, Tambra Grange Bryant(Jameel) of Mebane, NC, two brothers, De’ Andre Workman and Gregory Grange of New Jersey, three sisters, Tawanna Workman Davis, Samantha Workman-Austin(Arnold) and Greta Gray(Craig) all of New Jersey, one uncle, Henry S. Grange of Riegelwood, NC, one aunt/sister, Wilma Daniels(Kenneth) of Riegelwood, NC, 2 grandchildren, Jamierra and Carter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral- Friday, April 26, 2024 at 1:00pm at Carver’s Creek AME Zion Church, 210 Carvers Creek Church Rd., Council, NC. Rev. Annette Clemmons, Pastor. Eulogy by Bishop J. L. Bryant, Pastor of The Help Center Church, Greensboro, NC.

Burial- Carvers Creek Church Cemetery, Council, NC.

Viewing- Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.
