Mr. Carl Dawayne Wooten, 61, of 2865 Burney Ford Rd., Clarkton, NC died Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at his residence. 
 

Survivors- two sons, Michael L. Gantlin(Teresa) of Fayetteville, NC and Rico Wooten of Florida, one daughter, Denisha Wooten of Florida, two sisters, Lessie Wooten and Angeline Wooten both of Clarkton, NC, 4 grandchildren. 

Funeral- Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 1:00pm at the New Testament Holiness Church 464 McKoy Rd., Clarkton, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Roscoe Smith. 
 

Burial- New Testament Church Cemetery, Clarkton, NC. 
 

Viewing- Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC. The family will receive friends at the home.
