Mr. Alphonso "Tom" Blake, 64, of 424 Short Hill Dr., Tar Heel, NC died Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

Survivors- one son, Dever Scott of New York City, one sister, Mary Shipman of Tar Heel, NC, one grand son.

Viewing- Friday, November 29, 2024 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

Funeral- Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 1:00pm at Highway of Holiness Church, Dublin, NC. Eulogy by Pastor Lonnice Graham.

Burial- Lewis Cemetery, Dublin, NC.
