Mrs. Kathleen Purdie Murchison, 73, of 1401 Cadney Court, Fayetteville, NC, formerly of Elizabethtown, NC died June 6, 2021 at her residence.

Survivors- two daughters, Yolanda Stocks of Elizabethtown, NC and Yvonne Morilla of Fayetteville, NC, two sons, Frankie Murchison of Elizabethtown, NC and Prentice Murchison of New York, one sister, Evangelist Joyce Covington of Elizabethtown, NC, one brother, Samuel Purdie of South Carolina,18 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Celebration Services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00am at Foundation Church, 909 S. Poplar St., Elizabethtown, NC.

Burial- Greater Robinson Temple Cemetery, 173 Robinson Temple Church Rd., Elizabethtown, NC.

Viewing- The family will receive friends Friday, June 11, 2021 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, 207 S. Pine St., Elizabethtown, NC and other times at 67 Collins Place, Elizabethtown, NC.
