Evangelist Dorothy Mae Burgess Lewis, 76, of 663 Center Rd., Dublin, NC transitioned on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.

Survivors- five sons, Curtis Burgess(Rose) and Kevin Lewis both of Dublin, NC, Derrick Lewis of Elon, NC, Randy Burgess(Shirley) of Barnwell, SC and Bernard Burgess(Latetra) of Atkin, SC, four sisters, Earnestine Pinkey(James), Bertha Parnell, Betty Ann Ingram and Joann Burgess all of South Carolina, two brothers, Nathaniel and Willie(Annette) both of South Carolina, 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

Viewing- Friday, April 4, 2025 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Johnson’s Funeral Service, Elizabethtown, NC.

Funeral- Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 1:00pm at Highway Holiness Church, 548 Twisted Hickory Road Dublin, NC. Overseer Lonnice Graham, Pastor. Eulogy by Pastor Dee Mitchell, Pastor of Divine Remnant Ministries in Lumberton, NC.

Burial- Lewis Cemetery, Dublin, NC.
