Ms. Stella M. Council, 68, of 38 Private Rd., White Oak, NC, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at her residence. She is survived by: one brother, Leroy Council of White Oak, NC, three sisters, Thomasinia Campbell, Marilyn Robinson and Gwendolyn Lewis of White Oak, NC.

Visitation: at her residence

Viewing: Friday, March 30, 2018, 4pm-6pm at Johnson's Funeral Service

Funeral: Saturday, March 31, 2018, 3pm at St. Rest AME Zion Church in White Oak, NC by Rev. Cassandra Fisher and burial in the church cemetery
