Mr. Michael Burden, 60, of 1116 James St, Elizabethtown, NC, died Monday, December 25, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Bladen Healthcare in Elizabethtown. He is survived by: wife, Vicki Jo Burden of the home; four sons, Calvin Perkins of Elizabethtown, NC, Maurice Melvin of Durham, NC, Michael Burden, Jr. of CA and Manyell Burden of Elizabethtown, NC; mother, Marjorie Burden of Elizabethtown, NC; three sisters, Michelle Thompson of Elizabethtown, NC, Carol Barnwell of Clarksville, TN and Ranata Barnwell of Larton, VA; brother, Timothy Barnwell of MX and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

Visitation: at the residence

Viewing: Friday, December 29, 2017 from 2pm-7pm at Johnson's Funeral Service

Funeral: Saturday, December 30, 2017, 11am, at First Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Kenneth Williams and burial in the church cemetery.
