Mr. James B. McClelland, 89, of 400 Forsythe St. Apt.4-C, Fayetteville, NC; died Sunday(12-22-2019), at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, in Fayetteville, NC.

Survivors: his wife, Annie McClelland of the home; daughters, Ava Dancy, Tonya Pratt, Janie Parker, Helen Saunders all of Philadelphia, PA, and Geri McClelland of New Jersey; and son, Arrie McClelland of Delaware; step-daughters, Jannie Smith, Sarah Rhodes, Cynthia McKoy, Sharon Banks, Judy Kemp, Mae Rose Banks, Doris Smith all of Clarkton, NC, Beverly Collins of Baltimore, MD and Carol Johnson of White Oak, NC; and stepson, Bernard Kemp of Clarkton, NC; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral: Saturday(1-4-20), 12pm, at Savannah Temple A.M.E Zion Ch., 9907 Lisbon Rd., Clarkton, NC; eulogy by Rev. Joyce McLaughlin.

Burial: Savannah Temple church cemetery

Viewing: Friday(1-3-20), from 1pm-6pm, at Johnson’s Funeral Service.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Annie McClelland, 5609 Mercer Mill Rd., Clarkton, NC.
